In great news for Western Australians will now get to more easily apart of the Vietnam travel craze with VietJet announcing an expansion of its Australian network with a new twice weekly service between Perth and Ho Chi Minh City. Starting from November 21 the airline’s new route will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays with the inbound flight to Ho Chi Minh City departing Perth at 23.20pm ahead off a 05:05am arrival the following morning. Meanwhile the outbound flight to Perth will depart at 1.35pm ahead of arriving at 21:20pm.
The new services which are believed will be operated by the airlines new Airbus A321 Neo aircraft will see the airline’s total number of weekly return flights to increase to 19 per week which now also include the already established Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne markets.
To celebrate the airline’s rapid expansion in the Australian market sale fares are up for grabs on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays’ with one way tickets said to be on sale form as little as $200 one way.
