I review the features and amenities on board the VLocity class Diesel Multiple Unit train and discuss the current state of capped daily prices meaning unlimited regional travel costs only the same as the capped daily rate within metropolitan Melbourne. I will offer my thoughts whether it is worth taking as a day trip to Bendigo as I did on this journey whilst also showing some of the history and lovely scenery of the Loddon Malle and Goldields region of Victoria along the way!
