Join AussieJetSetter as he reviews a recent flight with Jetstar between Sydney and Queensland’s Sunshine Coast on one of the airline’s many trusty but ageing stalwart Airbus A320-200 aircraft.
Jetstar have been plagued with bad publicity in recent years due to news of delays, cancellations, lost and damage bags and poor customer service and a recent S Money Survey finding that according to consumer sentiment on Twitter that they are the third’s most unpopular airline in the world!
With so much bad publicity I thought it was right to give Jetstar the benefit of the doubt and give them a review for myself to find out whether such notorious reputation actually stacks up in reality with my first ever Australian domestic Airbus A320 Jetstar review or whether Australia’s most prolific carrier may offer a more respectable experience than you might think!
