Join AussieJetSetter for his first ever flight review on one of Jetstar’s relatively new Airbus A321neo LR aircraft on a recent 2.5 hour flight between Perth and Adelaide. In this review I will offer my comprehensive assessment on what it really is like to fly on Jetstar’s heavily hyped up Airbus A321neo aircraft and whether it actually does elevate the low cost flying experience for the carrier in particular in comparison to its stalwart Airbus A320 aircraft.
From the in-flight seat and cabin features to the onboard food and beverage options, in flight entrainment (or lack there off) and general comfort onboard i’ll put Jetstar to the ultimate test on one of there longer domestic routes to see whether the newer aircraft helps Jetstar elevate its low cost flying experience in 2024. I will also offer my thoughts on the aircraft itself in terms of deign and fuel efficiency improvements and whether it should be seen as good news in Jetstar’s push to begin more medium haul international flights into Asia and the Pacific with the A321neo LR! As an added bonus I also visit the Qantas Club in Perth prior to the flight and offer my thoughts on what the Perth lounge is like in 2024!
