Delta ramps up Sydney to LAX flights to 10 weekly

Delta Airlines has now secured its place as the most frequent operator of services between Sydney and Los Angeles by increasing its daily services to an impressive 10 times weekly in a strong show of confidence in the route off the back of soaring demand and an ever increasingly return to pre pandemic levels of air travel in Australia.

The additional thrice weekly DL42 service will depart Sydney at 2.15pm on Tuesday, Fridays and Sunday before arriving into Los Angeles at 9am the same day whilst the inbound DL43 flight will jet out of California at 11.30pm on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday before arriving into Sydney at 9.15am two days later. This will complement the daily DL40 service which departs Sydney at 11.20am every day before arriving into Los Angeles at 6am the same morning. DL41 meanwhile departs Los Angeles at 10.30pm before being inbound for Sydney for a 8.30am arrival two days later. All services are operated by Delta’s Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
