Air Chathams Norfolk Island to Auckland ATR 72 Flight Review

Join AussieJetSetter for a very special aviation adventure as I journey on what could very well be the most peculiar international flight out of Australia as we journey from the remote Australian External Territory of Norfolk Island to Auckland! Today we are going to be travelling on the most unusual way to travel between Australia and New Zealand flying on the only regularly operated Turboprop flight to and from either country as we journey on Air Chathams ATR 72-500 Aircraft on the 1100km journey down to Auckland!

From the in-flight amenities to the onboard food and beverage, in flight entrainment (or lack there off) and seating i’ll put Air Chathams to the ultimate test and see whether how they deliver as New Zealand’s little known only other international airline on their longest route. In addition i’ll document what it is like to fly out of Australia’s smallest international airport and the very unique flight that Air Chathams have on this route!
